Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of KnowledgeClip (the “Service”), operated by IE Mikhail Grigoryev, registered in Tbilisi, Georgia (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to them.

The Service

KnowledgeClip generates structured notes from publicly accessible video content that you point it at. The Service is young and under active development: features may change, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Your account and use

• You are responsible for the links you submit and for having the right to process that content.
• You may not resell the Service or use it to redistribute content you do not own.
• You may not attempt to overload, reverse-engineer, or circumvent limits of the Service.

Generated content

Notes are produced by automated language models. They can be incomplete or wrong. Every point carries a timestamp so you can verify it against the source; you are responsible for that verification before relying on a note. Copyright in the source material stays with its owner.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are monthly subscriptions, billed in advance and renewing automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Plan & billing inside the app and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Prices shown on this site exclude VAT and sales tax; where they apply, Paddle adds them at checkout and shows the final amount before you pay. Prices may change with notice for future periods. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the merchant of record for every purchase: Paddle sells the subscription to you, charges your card, issues the invoice and handles tax. Their buyer terms apply to the transaction alongside these terms.

Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, and will tell you why when we do.

Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
